Today I would like to recomend good Kanban course on Udemy. It’s another course showing that duo Jerzy Stawicki and Rafał Zalewski are still in good shape!

Pro’s:

• very wide scope of course
• lessons are bundled in very logical way
• lot of practical examples
• Scrum with Kanban context
• thread of what, how and why we should measure in Kanban
• lot of topics for individual follow up (Theory of Constraints, Upstream Management, Risk Management)

Thinks to consider:

• if you already finished one of their course like PSM, PSPO or OKR then you will notice that you already know / you have already seen a lot of content (so it’s bit repetitive)
• on the other hand - if you did not have a chance to finish Jerzy / Rafał other courses or you don’t have basic Agile knowledge you won’t be able to catch all this small bells and whistles they included in course
